Johnson & Johnson is seeking a motivated Lab Technician for their Advanced Therapeutics, Analytical Development team in Leiden. As a Lab Technician, you will support production and laboratory activities within the Quality Control Development (QCD) group. This is a full-time, paid position through Yacht Life Sciences.

Your main tasks will include release and stability testing of GMP/TOX and clinical batches, executing assay qualifications, performing routine assays, and maintaining high-quality documentation. You will also support process development testing and cell culturing.

To be successful, you should have a MBO or HBO level education in life sciences and at least 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment. Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, familiarity with GMP quality systems, and proficiency in MS Office are required. A GMP certificate and experience with laboratory management systems are a plus.

Functie-eisen

- MBO (or HBO) level in a life science study.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Good communication skills in (Dutch and) English, written and verbally.
- Affinity with execution of assays under a GMP quality system is a strong advantage.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, routine proficiency in data analysis
